We want you to love every item from Aura Streetwear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted if the item is:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- Free of stains, deodorant marks, or perfume
- In original packaging (if possible)
Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
No problem.
- Customer pays the return shipping
- We ship the new size for free
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Email us within 48 hours
- Include photos of the item + packaging
We will send a free replacement immediately.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom “Create Your Own” tees
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Refund Method
Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 3–7 business days
