Incorrect Address Disclaimer

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aura Streetwear is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
